THE SCIENCE OF THE NATIONAL ANTHEM

Martin Nievera has been criticized lately for having a different version of the National Anthem, sounded like Jazz music. He was sacked by National Historical Institute of the Philippines because of this.

In my opinion, what he did is really bad, he made it very different, and he did exceed the normal time limit for the anthem. Usually, the time limit of our anthem is less than a minute, but his version adds more 30 seconds. And also, he did not also wear our national costume, for males, which is the Barong Tagalog, what is this? Francis Magalona? Damned! Whoa, looks like Nievera is imitating the Americans, who can usually make their own national anthem version, which is the "Star-Spangled Banner".
