THE CONFESSIONS OF A FAT GUY

Hehehehe.

That's how I will say for my next blog entry, well by the way, I really hate being fat, especially now that I'm 13 (Yes, I'm still a minor). I've been fat for years, and I want to start moving on now, I'll mark this on my brain. Now that I'm moving on to a new world, I want to look good, feel good, but sad to say, being fat is already in our genes. Sucks right?

I want to move on, I want to change my diet, I want to fulfill my biggest promise, to be slimmer, and do what I can do so that I can achieve great success. I've been doing this for years, but I ended up having up-and-down weight process, kum baga tumataba, pumapayat. So there.

From eating any kind of food, now I'm craving for healthier foods. I'm about to balance myself now starting today, I'll sleep early, eat healthy, do exercise, and think positive. I hate sleeping at very dark nights, it makes my face uglier and having darker eyebugs (I hate to admit this but I have pimples, which decreases my pogi points. :) Haha.) Alright, I gotta check my weight:

May 1, 2009: 194 lbs.
Tentative Date (June-July I guess): 155-160 lbs. could be good enough

That's so many!

Ok, so the things I could do, aside from a balanced life, is to decrease my time limit for internet, then I will also skip meals, and tell myself that everytime you look into a food everywhere, neve touch it, there are still so many days to crave that for.

Well, I'll keep on updating my health status. Remember that being slim has many advantages.
